What is your fee structure?

Our standard Finder’s Fee is £4,000. To begin sourcing, a £1,000 deposit is required. The remaining balance is due once a property has been sourced and approved by the investor.

What do I get for the Finder’s Fee?

You receive a fully vetted investment opportunity, including:

• Property details

• Estimated ROI and rental income

• Refurbishment cost estimates (if applicable)

• Introduction to trusted agents or landlords

Do you source properties across the UK?

Yes, we source properties nationwide, however, we currently specialize in the London market and surrounding M25 counties. Let us know your preferred locations and strategy, and we’ll tailor our search accordingly.

Do you guarantee ROI or property performance?

While we thoroughly research and assess each opportunity, property investments inherently involve risk. We cannot guarantee ROI but will only present deals with strong potential based on current market data and due diligence.

Do you manage the properties too?

Currently, we do not offer property management services. However, we can introduce you to trusted letting agents, property managers, or rent-to-rent operators in your target area. Property management is a service we are actively looking to provide in the near future, so stay tuned as our offerings expand.
